Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Minooka United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our this role youll be the face of our organization ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Provide outstanding customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the stores daily operations
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities both verbal and listening
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order-taking and food preparation
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and various shifts as needed
- Food handling experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided)
- Must be at least AGE years of age with reliable transportation to and from work
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
