Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Champaign location! Were looking for friendly customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our store located at 1803 W KIRBY AVE.
- Greet customers and take orders over the phone and in person
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Prepare and assemble food items including making pizzas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work atmosphere
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication abilities both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety standards
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and various shifts as needed
- Positive attitude and easy smile
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- Attention to detail in food preparation and customer orders
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
