The Front Desk Agent ensures outstanding guest experiences by delivering warm elegant service in line with MGallerys boutique luxury positioning. This role handles checkin/out guest enquiries reservations billing and liaising with other hotel departments to ensure guests needs are anticipated and fulfilled.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills: Knowledge of a PMS system (Opera or equivalent); proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages an advantage.
