Job Summary:
To provide excellent guest service by ensuring a pleasant dining experience maintaining service standards and assisting in restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests courteously ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Present menus take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
Ensure table setup and cleanliness as per hotel standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu items ingredients and daily specials.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints professionally and report to the supervisor if required.
Ensure adherence to hygiene grooming and safety standards.
Assist in billing and cash handling procedures.
Support in banquet or special event setups when needed.
Qualifications :
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
02 years of experience in F&B service (hotel or restaurant).
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Positive attitude team spirit and attention to detail.
