Administration related to Health and Pension Insurance Annual leavesSick leaves etc.
Maintaining data in Work Attendance Report
Support to Office manager in organisation of PrimeVigilance office
Duties regarding Responsible Waste Management program
Keeping and archiving records on all activities
Assisting in activities related to the organisation of diverse events (conferences seminars workshops presentations meetings of working groups and other types of business meetings)
Maintaining office supplies inventory
Monitoring office maintenance
Travel arrangements (hotel accommodation flights transfers etc.)
Reception of guests and clients and taking care of them during visits
To be contact person for various suppliers and service providers
Welcome support to new employees while adapting to new workplace
Administrative and logistic support for the whole Pune office
Qualifications :
Any Graduate
Additional Information :
Fluent in spoken and written English
Previous experience in administrative work and working with people.
Ability to plan organise prioritise and execute multiple tasks.
Good Communication skills
Good in excel
