Jockey Club Sarah Roe School (JCSRS) the only English-medium special school in Hong Kong for students aged 519 with neurodiverse needs and disabilities including Autism Spectrum diagnoses and complex sensory needsseeks an experiencedOccupational Therapist Ito enhance our collaborative neuroaffirming therapy services.

About the Role

As part of our multidisciplinary team you will provide evidence-based person-centred Occupational Therapy to empower students in achieving life skills self-regulation and curriculum access. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualised and group interventions (e.g. sensory integration adaptive equipment classroom strategies).
  • Assessing needs formulating IEP goals and evaluating outcomes.
  • Collaborating with teachers parents and professionals to embed OT strategies school-wide.
  • Leading training sessions and mentoring staff/student clinicians.
  • Managing resources and contributing to service development projects.

Ideal Candidate

You are a reflective practitioner with:

  • Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy andHK Supplementary Medical Professions Council (Part 1) registration.
  • Experience:5 years post-registration experience; experience in pediatric/school settings preferably with autism/sensory processing disorders.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in sensory integration neurodiversity-affirming practices and IEP collaboration.
    • Strong clinical judgment teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments.
    • Excellent communication (English proficiency required).
  • Traits:Enthusiastic innovative and committed to student-centred outcomes.
