- Strong Attention to detail
Qualifications :
- Previous hotel front office reception experience preferable
- Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
- Are positive friendly and guest-oriented
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Are flexible and ready to work across a seven-day roster including weekends and holidays
