Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Agent youll welcome guests and ensure a smooth friendly experience throughout their stay. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced guest centric environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences. 

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care.
  • Respond to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge.
  • Promote Accors loyalty program and support sign-up targets.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Manage phone calls bookings and basic porter duties as needed. 

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have (but not limited to): 

  • A passion for providing a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiences
  • Previous experience using Opera Cloud is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring procedures are followed.
  • Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The flexibility to work a rotating roster (including AM PM & Weekend shifts).
