Were looking for a talented Creative Strategist with 35 years of experience to translate brand and product campaigns into meaningful culture-led experiences across retail social and activation channels.
This role is designed for a creative thinker who thrives at the intersection of sports retail and youth culture translating trends into action generating breakthrough ideas and engaging consumers online and off.
Responsibilities
Creative & Cultural Strategy
- Lead the translation of brand and product campaigns into consumer-first experiences that drive both brand love and sales.
- Explore innovative ways to connect with retail associates consumers and sports communities ensuring ideas resonate across touchpoints.
- Stay plugged into cultural trends retail innovation and sports marketing moments leveraging them to build fresh relevant strategies.
Ideation & Concept Development
- Ideate and develop creative tactics that span retail digital social grassroots and IRL activations ensuring scalability and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ranging from producers designers and community managers to create toolkits to bring your ideas to life.
- Contribute to the development of visually strong narrative-driven presentations and client decks.
Client & Stakeholder Influence
- Confidently present concepts to clients earning buy-in and excitement around creative solutions.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to align creative thinking with business objectives ensuring work is both inspiring and effective.
- Build trust and credibility as a go-to partner for retail and activation strategies.
Project Stewardship
- Guide projects from idea through execution upholding creative excellence at every stage.
- Define creative asset needs (copy video design) and communicate them clearly to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with team members to track progress manage timelines and ensure projects stay on budget and on brief.
- Travel occasionally to support activations events or trainings.
Agency & Culture Contribution
- Champion curiosity craft and collaboration within the team contributing to Archrivals creative culture.
- Mentor and inspire colleagues by sharing fresh thinking creative perspectives and storytelling craft.
- Bring your passion for youth and sports culture to the agency helping shape innovative programs and agency initiatives.

- Strong understanding of marketing at retail with social and digital extensions.
- An affinity for creative ideation and love contributing unique ideas to brainstorms.
- Curious energetic self-starter with an appetite for fresh new approaches and ideas.
- Exceptional communicator who interacts with clients and colleagues in a positive and inspiring manner.
- Obsessed with details and creative excellence; experience in copywriting or art direction a plus.
