Strong Routing and Switching knowledge and Experience. Especially with BGP and OSPF.
Experience with design and implementation of SDWAN (SilverPeak preferred)
Devise plan deploy and improve networks from the beginning to implementation by collaborating with vendors managers and network engineers
Network deployment (LAN WAN WLAN) and support for new office or relocation project
Create and monitor network performance on a regular basis
Resolve support issues that have intensified via the local infrastructure or fix
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Mentor the team members on different technical issues
Create test and oversee security measures by implementing network enhancements
Communicate with the users as and when required
Maintain and update the technical reports on a timely basis
Suggest improvements to boost the networks capacity performance and scalability
Be updated about the latest developments in network technologies
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Level Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of Routing and Switching hands-on experience
Current CCNP/CCIE R&S or DC Certification is required
Additional Arista or WiFi Certification is a plus
This role will be onsite fulltime at our Milpitas CA Headquarters
