Job Summary

Job Description: Network Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain networking infrastructure for the organization.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Ensure network security by implementing appropriate security measures and protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize network efficiency and reliability.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures for network systems.
Manage user accounts permissions and access rights on the network.
Keep abreast of new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Relevant certification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network.
Proficiency in network protocols and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

1-2 years of experience in network administration.
Experience working with AI integration and user-centric design is a plus.
Prior experience in a similar industry or working with large clients.

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40000 per year
Maximum Salary: $60000 per year
