Your Responsibilities
- - Develop and implement regional facility strategies aligned with business goals
- - Lead infrastructure projects including construction renovations and upgrades
- - Supervise FM teams and oversee vendors and service contracts
- - Ensure compliance with regulatory safety and environmental standards
- - Manage facilities budget and optimize resource usage
- - Improve space utilization and real estate footprint
- - Promote sustainability and emergency preparedness initiatives
- - Evaluate FM performance and deliver improvement reports
What You Bring
- - 5 years minimum experience in facilities or real estate operations leadership
- - Strong knowledge of FM budgeting planning and vendor management
- - Expertise in regulatory compliance safety and sustainability
- - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
- - Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills
- - Proficiency in facilities management systems and tools
