Midday Supervisor
Outwood Academy Bydales
Part-Time
10 Hours Per Week Mon-Fri 12pm-2pm
Actual Salary: Grade 1 SCP 2 (5536 - 5637)
Outwood Academy Bydales is an 11-16 school located in the beautiful coastal village of Marske-by-the-Sea close to the North York Moors National Park and with spectacular views of the coastline. We are extremely proud of our tradition of serving the families of the community of Marske and surrounding areas. Our recent Ofsted Inspection recognised the many strengths of the school as we secured judgements of Good across all areas. The report was extremely positive and had many highlights including that we are an ambitious school with high standards that Staff care deeply for pupils that Pupils are happy and demonstrate industrious attitudes to learning and that Pupils experience great success.
As a Midday Supervisor you will ensure the security safety well-being and care of the children is maintained during the lunchtime period. You will be responsible for ensuring that acceptable behaviour is maintained during the relevant periods modelling outstanding behaviour manners speech and appearance at all times.
There will be an expectation that you build positive relationships with students during the lunch period supervising them accordingly and ensuring their safety.
