Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive lead generation and engagement. Manage lead generation capture nurturing and handoff processes to sales.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-converting assets such as blogs case studies and whitepapers.
- Execute digital marketing strategies across SEO email social media podcasts and paid media.
- Plan and manage events tradeshows and field marketing programs.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Partner with sales for alignment on campaign goals.
- Coach and develop marketing team members fostering creativity and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 46 years of progressive marketing experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven success in leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Well-developed experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics and performance reporting to refine strategy.
- Experience in sales enablement and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with event and field marketing (preferred).
- Strong management and team development capabilities.
- A portfolio of campaign examples showcasing results and creative execution.
