Job Summary

Responsibilities

    • Analyze client performance & Ninja SLA data building review decks/presentations.
    • Serve as the partners go-to for parcel-level/minor issue resolution tracking escalations and ensure timely closure.
    • Coordinate cross-functional execution (Sales Ops CS Finance) to implement process improvements and monitor KPIs/milestones.

Requirements

    • Bachelors degree with 1 year experience (internships welcome). Exposure to e-commerce/logistics is a plus.
    • Strong data and tools management in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
    • Great communication & customer focus able to turn data into simple narratives calm under pressure and responsive to parcel-level incidents.
    • Strong problem-solving KPI/milestone tracking cross-functional coordination and organized documentation/SOP management.
