YOUR MISSION

Join Glovos Global Operations team and become an integral part of our dynamic and challenging environment offering numerous opportunities for growth and development.

As the cornerstone of Glovos marketplace couriers are vital to ensuring a seamless user experience. Courier quality is crucial for smooth operations as a reliable and high-performing fleet directly impacts customer satisfaction partner trust and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Courier Supply team driving the design monitoring and implementation of our courier quality strategy.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights building frameworks and dashboards and ensuring that our global courier quality standards are consistently met and improved. Your work will be central to reducing operational friction (such as order reassignments delays and no-shows) and to guaranteeing that Glovos fleet maintains the highest levels of reliability and performance.

THE JOURNEY

• Own and define the global courier quality strategy across all Glovo markets ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives that improve fleet quality KPIs such as reliability engagement fraud prevention and compliance.
• Proactively address key courier-related challenges at local regional and global levels.
• Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools that empower local teams to act on quality-related insights.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify the drivers of quality gaps and propose clear actionable solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks predict potential no-shows and optimize fleet distribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Fraud Prevention Product and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact.
• Step into the shoes of the couriersunderstanding their pain points and motivationsto design data-informed solutions that drive both courier satisfaction and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Degree in Engineering Maths or any data driven domain.
• 2 years of work experience providing internal teams with the necessary data to make the right decisions and proven experience on actionate those insights (this is a must).
• Strong analytical and coding skills: Python SQL and Excel proficiency (or extensive coding experience) and BI platforms experience (Looker Tableau PowerBI)
• Strong strategic vision and business mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Comfortable to break down complex problems into solutions.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance environment dealing with ambiguity while maintaining a positive mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
• Proactive organized and obsessed with detail.
