This isnt a typical D2C playbook. The category is complex often overlookedand full of potential. You wont just manage CPAs; youll build the growth engine across online and offline from strategy toimpactfulhands-on execution.
What Youll Do
- Build and leada high-performingMarketing Brand & Communications team(currently7FTE); hire coach set goals anddevelopthe operating modelfurther.
- Ownallmarketingchannelsend-to-end acrossOnlineas well asOfflineandestablisha setup that allows continuous testingtoidentify the most impactful playbooks; ratherfive sharp tests a monthvs.one perfect quarterly campaign.
- Own and Develop Rabotsbrand: positioning narrative identityestablishRabotEnergyas a leading B2C & B2B sustainable energy brand.
- Scale SEOandourGEO muscle (Generative Engine Optimization / AI Overviews)asan emerging acquisition channel.
- Own PR/Communications: messaging & narrative architecture media relationscreator/influencer and partnership strategy andissues/crisis commsplaybook.
- Strengthen lifecycle/CRM(email push in-app referral) to improve activationretention and LTV
- Pilot and scale non-digital growth playsOOH print experiential/PR stuntswithclear hypotheses and lightweight measurement to unlock repeatable word-of-mouthgrowth.
- Drive our PerformanceMarketing engineacrossMetanative paid searchandaffiliatesandexplore newchannels(TikTok Reddit YouTube Demand Gen creatorspartnerships)and stop what doesnt work.
- Become our Rabot spokespersonand representacrossMedia and conferences.
- Own measurement & economics: attribution incrementality LTV/CAC payback and atransparent KPI stack.
What You Bring
- 6 yearsin Marketing/Brand/Comms with3 years people leadership; youve builtteams and upgraded talent.
- From 01 and 1n: proven track record launching channelsacross online and offlineand scaling them profitablywith ahands-on mentality.
- Deep Meta and/or nativeexpertise;SEO(and ideallyGEO/AI Overviews) exposure is astrong plus.
- Hands-on performance chopsacross creative targeting bidding landing pages andfunnel design.
- PR/Comms experience: media strategy narrative development spokespersonenablement and crisis readiness.
- Test-and-learn leader: bold bets clear hypotheses clean readouts; you know when toA/B vs. ship.
- Operates well inambiguous fast-changingenvironments; brings structure withoutslowing things down.
- Abuilders mindset: resourceful experimental outcomeobsessed.
- German language skills required; Business-fluent English
- Nice to have:
- Experience inregulated or utility-adjacentcategories (energy fintech telco mobility).
- Experience withMMM incrementality server-side tracking and privacy-safe growth.
