Our client is a leading Austrian consulting company specializing in tax audit accounting and legal services. As part of an international group the firm combines extensive experience with in-depth knowledge of the local market to provide reliable solutions to both Bulgarian and international clients. On their behalf we are looking for a Junior Auditor to join their team in Sofia.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting / Auditing / Business Analysis or other relevant bachelors programme;
- Fluent English and/or German;
- Excellent MS Office 365 literacy;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Previous professional experience in the field of audit and/or accounting is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the National Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the Bulgarian tax regulation is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
Main responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of audit approach and methodology;
- Under the supervision of experienced auditors performing audit procedures and collecting required audit evidence;
- Preparation of high-quality working papers for the work performed and analyses of financial information;
- Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the clients environment;
- Demonstrate teamwork integrity accountability and positive attitude;
- Participation in engagements related to the assessment of internal controls financial reporting and financial due diligence.

Oсновно работят с австрийски и немски клиенти и се занимаваме с одитиране на немските фирми у нас.
- След представянето на селектираните кандидати харесаните ще бъдат подложени на тест за да проверт нивото им.
Интервютата се правят в офиса им ако и за двете страни не е удобно само това интервюто е онлайн.

Нивата на месечните нетни възнаграждения в зависимост от опита на кандидата са както следва:
- Junior Auditor: Мин 2300 лева нетно възнаграждение Макс 2500 лева нетно възнаграждение
- Senior Auditor: Мин 3300 лева нетно възнаграждение - Макс 3600 лева нетно възнаграждение
Като допълнителни придобивки имаме:
- Фиксирана сума Великденски бонус
- декемврийски бонус на база постигнати резултати като % от месечната заплата
- покриване на обучения вкл. ACCA и подобни квалификации
- работа от вкъщи когато не сме в командировка в страната или работа в офиса на клиент разбира се (обикновено всеки петък ни е home office)
