What you will do:
- Develop monitor update communicate and implement plans for business unit projects.
- Execute project management processes including scope definition scheduling resource and material planning risk management cost and budget control and quality assurance.
- Act as a liaison between clients technical teams and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects and related tasks end-to-end with allocation based on experience and complexity.
- Follow established governance frameworks best practices and industry standards.
- Monitor and report project progress preparing presentations for senior management.
- Keep project documentation and tools updated throughout the lifecycle including input for portfolio reviews and maintaining project data in relevant systems.
- Manage project closure activities and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Support Officer Project Coordinator or entry-level Project Manager role.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with computer systems processes and common desktop applications.
- Understanding of business operations and products.
- Awareness of relevant legislation and regulations impacting the industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
