Description:
Were looking for an experienced automotive professional to join our team as a Vehicle Specialist. This role focuses on helping customers make confident informed decisions without the pressure of a traditional sales environment. Youll use your product knowledge communication skills and industry experience to guide customers through their vehicle purchase in a transparent and straightforward way.
Our Vehicle Specialists take pride in building lasting relationships providing clear information and delivering a high level of service that reflects our dealerships values. Youll work closely with management finance and service teams to ensure every guest receives a seamless experience from start to finish.
What Youll Do:
Work one-on-one with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Present product information and financing options clearly and professionally
Maintain a deep understanding of current inventory incentives and product updates
Follow up with guests to ensure complete satisfaction after the sale
Collaborate with teammates to create an easy and enjoyable buying experience
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive retail or a related customer-facing role
Strong communication listening and problem-solving skills
A professional customer-first mindset
Self-motivated with a focus on long-term success and client relationships
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with earning potential typically ranging from $40000 to over $100000 annually for top performers.
