We are seeking a talented and creative Entry Level Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design a strong understanding of design principles and a desire to learn and grow within the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to brochures flyers social media graphics and website content
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Create and edit graphics and images for use in digital and print media
- Assist with the design and layout of presentations and proposals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects are completed on time and meet the companys branding standards
- Take part in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
