Job Title: Product Researcher

Location: Hybrid Lehi Utah

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Product Researcher to support our team with customer interviews market and product research. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data evaluating trends and providing clear insights that will drive product development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct customer interviews within the B2B space.
Gather analyze and summarize customer data.
Create concise reports and recommendations based on findings to the Product & Development teams internationally.
Stay up to date on industry trends customer needs and relevant technologies.
Collaborate with team members to align research with project goals.
Present insights in clear and actionable formats (spreadsheets summaries presentations etc.).

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in product/software customer research conducting customer interviews and delivery data to internal teams.
Impacted product development through delivering efficient customer insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in online research spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets PowerPoint/Slides).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Must be located near Lehi Utah for a Hybrid work schedule.
