What Youll Do
- Design build and maintain modern responsive web applications with exceptional UX and performance.
- Collaborate closely with designers backend engineers and product stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
- Use AI tools to accelerate your development speed test ideas and enhance user experience.
- Continuously ship from prototypes to polished releases and share progress daily with your team.
- Troubleshoot optimize and scale production systems for reliability and speed.
- Contribute to a writing-first culture: document your work clearly for a fully remote async team.
What Were Looking For
- Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks ReactJS NextJS and Typescript are essential.
- A passion for crafting intuitive elegant and fast user experiences.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment adaptable self-directed and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills for async collaboration (Slack Notion code reviews).
- Bonus: familiarity with Firebase YJs Tiptap or Rust or experience bridging frontend and backend systems.
