Education required:Undergraduate studying a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university open to all disciplines and with interest in developing skills in business development.

Other requirements:Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a credit-bearing internship

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: July to December 2026

What will you do

You will be required to:

• Be responsible to track on tender calls results supply and stocks allocations

• Assist in building and maintaining an accurate tender & contracts database

• Assist in the development of marketing materials

• Getting approval and certification for marketing materials that are in line with industry and company guidelines.

• Perform data analysis to understand market trends

• Run desktop research on assigned projects

• Perform other ad hoc tasks that may be required

What will you learn

You will be able to:

• Understand what tender management and business development is and experience the day-to-day operations in pharmaceutical industry.

• Learn about supply management and appreciate the importance of good supply management leading to good tender fulfilment in hospitals.

• Develop business acumen skill sets through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.

• Key contributor to a good database system for tender analysis. Candidate will be able to see the end to end process of building a database and develop analytic skills using the database and draft a proposal.

• Stakeholder Management opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organizations including Pricing Sales Marketing and Medical

• Project Management and strategic thinking skills research and linking up data presenting to internal team on the findings gather feedbacks and discover the data gap.

• Discover individuals strengths interest and suitability for the commercial arena.

We are looking for someone:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn.

• Ethically grounded due to the nature of information that you will be in contact with.

• Keen attention to details.

• Deadline-driven flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative think and work independently problem-solve work in teams and focus on delivering assigned work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
