About the Role:
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic international team based in Alcântara Lisbon. This position is ideal for candidates who are motivated communicative and eager to start or grow a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries in German via phone email or chat
Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and empathetic manner
Follow company procedures and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English (B2)
Eligible documents:
- EU ID
- Residence Card or
- Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Availability to work rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 00:00
- Shuttle transport provided for employees finishing shifts at midnight

Schedule:

Rotative role Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 Midnight
