Job Summary
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering role.
- Industry experience in eCommerce FinTech or subscription-based environments is highly desirable.
- Serverless expertise such as ECS API gateway lambda functions Cloud Run and Cloud functions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS & Google Cloud.
- Expertise in scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) and tools like Git Docker Grafana etc.
- Solid understanding of security protocols and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytics skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable secure and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and monitor production staging and development environments.
- Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Set up and maintain robust monitoring systems using tools like CloudWatch Grafana and similar platforms.
- Implement and enforce security best practices including vulnerability assessments and patch management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance workflows and processes.
- Work closely with development and other IT teams to integrate DevOps practices effectively.
