About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly expanding e-commerce and logistics business known for providing seamless courier and delivery services across Kenya. As they continue to grow they are looking to expand their operations team with an Order Processing Specialist. The role requires someone tech-savvy customer-obsessed and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
The role is fully remote but based in Kenya and candidates must be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive process and follow up on customer orders daily to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Confirm delivery details with customers and logistics partners via phone and chat.
- Track orders and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales and logistics) to ensure smooth handovers and accurate reporting.

Maintain clear and accurate records of order activities and delivery status.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in logistics customer support fulfilment or similar (a plus but not required).

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with remote tools and CRM/order tracking systems (training provided).
- Calm under pressure and able to resolve customer concerns with empathy.

Self-motivated with strong time management.

Access to a working laptop internet and noise-cancelling headphones.

Able to work Monday-Saturday based on courier operating hours.
