Your Mission:
As a Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for assisting and guiding customers by providing high-quality support and solutions to their inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys success through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling each interaction with care and empathy

Follow company procedures and maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently

Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Profile Required:

Languages: Dutch native and good level of English (B2 minimum)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset
-
Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations
-
Team player detail-oriented and proactive attitude
-
Previous experience in customer support or contact center is a plus
