Job Summary

Your Mission:
As a Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for assisting and guiding customers by providing high-quality support and solutions to their inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys success through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling each interaction with care and empathy

  • Follow company procedures and maintain detailed records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently

  • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

Profile Required:

  • Languages: Dutch native and good level of English (B2 minimum)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations

  • Team player detail-oriented and proactive attitude

  • Previous experience in customer support or contact center is a plus
