Our highly respected client is currently recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work at a new mental health centre in Manchester. There are excellent opportunities for RMNs seeking flexible agency work with competitive pay rates across days nights weekends and bank holidays.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse you will deliver compassionate recovery-focused mental health care to patients in a variety of outpatient and community settings. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe effective and therapeutic delivery of care while working within multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Mental Health Nurse:
- Assessing planning and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Administering medication and monitoring treatment in line with clinical guidelines.
- Supporting recovery-focused care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies.
- Maintaining accurate up-to-date clinical documentation in line with NMC standards.
Requirements of the Mental Health Nurse:
- Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Previous experience working in inpatient or community mental health services.
- Strong communication clinical and risk assessment skills.
Hourly rates around 24.41 average (Indeed) (19-33/hour depending on band)
