The Role
As the Senior Health & Safety Manager you will be the strategic lead for all H&S activities across both the operational and maintenance teams. Youll shape policy guide senior leadership mentor a growing H&S team and ensure sites operate to the highest standards of compliance and best practice.
This is a senior leadership position with visibility at board level and direct influence over how safety is embedded across the organisation.
