Required Education: Bachelors degree in English Communications or related field.

Required Experience: None.

Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree.

Advertised Physical Requirements:

Departmental Preferences:

  • Proficiency 508 compliance and internet accessibility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products including Teams Forms Lists Planner etc.
  • 12 months experience with an authoring development tool such as Articulate Rise or Articulate 360
  • 12 months experience with an online Learning Management System
  • 12 months experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator

This position assists with curriculum development and design of training materials. Researches course design and methodologies. Assists in preparing content for courses conferences and other events.

  • Researches and assists/revises curriculum development and design
  • Assists customers in promotional materials design of courses program content and methodologies
  • Tracks curricula in all steps of development revision release and promotion
  • Attends and supports all cases with the SME partners functional areas including Academy and any large learning events and by taking the core and functional certification assessments
  • Continuous review for all functional areas to help ensure the quality of learning in CSS (curricula Quest CE InfoNet DHS website etc.)
