Role requires a seasoned Senior ERP Delivery Leader to drive the successful delivery of enterprise ERP initiatives ensuring alignment between business requirements and IT solutions. This role will champion global process standardization foster process awareness and act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. The ideal candidate will also contribute to solution architecture and play a pivotal role in resolving process challenges through technology.- Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between business and ERP team facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Conduct or participate in workshops demos and feedback sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
- Collaborate with business units to gather analyze and validate requirements.
- Ensure alignment with global process templates and drive standardization across regions and functions.
- Promote understanding and adoption of standardized processes across the organization.
- Identify training needs and support process education initiatives.
- Play pivotal role in end-to-end delivery of ERP initiatives ensuring scope timeline and quality objectives are met.
- Coordinate delivery via cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Partner with solution architects to design robust scalable and integrated ERP solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
- Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend IT-enabled improvements.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- 15 years of experience in ERP delivery with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA or equivalent platforms.
- Proven track record of leading complex ERP implementations or rollouts.
- Deep understanding of business processes across functions such as Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing and Sales.
- Experience in solution architecture and enterprise integration (e.g. Salesforce CPQ IoT platforms).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in global process harmonization and change management.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Certifications in SAP PMP TOGAF or similar frameworks are a plus.
