Whats the job
- Lead high-impact programmes across technology and business teams ensuring delivery excellence.
- Apply agile and hybrid delivery models to drive value and pace.
- Champion best practices in governance planning and continuous improvement.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels from product teams to C-suite.
- Foster a culture of collaboration inclusion and curiosity.
- Support and coach teams to create a high-performance environment.
- Manage programme budgets and forecasts with accuracy and accountability.
What youll bring
- Proven experience leading complex multi-stream programmes using agile and methodologies including planning dependencies tracking risks & issue management budget management and progress reporting.
- Able to communicate and influence effectively across all levels.
- Solid understanding of technology delivery in a retail or customer-focused environment.
- Skilled in tools such as Jira Miro MS Project and Microsoft 365.
- Recognised qualification in project or programme delivery (e.g. PRINCE2 AgilePM PMP).
