The Role
PLC is inviting applications for the full-time role ofPolicy & Compliance Officer based onsite at our beautiful Burwood campus with free onsite parking and scope for flexibility.
This opportunity is fixed-term until February 2026 but may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
ThePolicy & Compliance Officer plays an important role in supporting the Colleges governance and compliance programs.
You will assign and monitor staff training in line with the Colleges training calendar track completion rates and follow up as needed. Youll also support policy management by maintaining policy content assisting with reviews and updates and helping ensure our governance frameworks remain current and effective.
About You
A background in policy risk OHS or HR compliance will be highly regarded.
You are an effective communicator both written and verbal with strong attention to detail as this role involves regular engagement with a variety of stakeholders.
