Aboutthe role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations supporting and motivating the team and ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered.

Youll lead by example on the floor assist with training new team members and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.

This hands-on role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant bar and event service operations.
• Support and mentor team members to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist with rostering stock control and cash handling as required.

About you

• Previous experience in a similar F&B team leader role ideally within hotels resorts or high-volume venues.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment..
• Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
