The Opportunity
The Curriculum Services Officer is responsible for supporting the Facultys Education Portfolio by delivering high-quality administrative services focused on curriculum governance data management and quality assurance. This role plays a key part in enabling the Education Services team to uphold educational excellence through effective collaboration with stakeholders and the seamless management of operational and committee-related activities.
The role provides expert support in managing curriculum governance and quality assurance processes including coordinating unit amendments and maintaining accurate curriculum data across key systems. You will develop and publish course maps support student evaluation and reporting activities contribute to operational reviews and actively engage with faculty committees and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and uphold educational excellence.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate strong expertise in curriculum management systems and data quality assurance with proven ability to accurately manage and update complex educational information. You will possess excellent coordination skills adeptness in supporting governance frameworks and a thorough understanding of academic policies. Your capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate faculty processes will be essential to ensuring seamless and high-quality educational support.
