SUMMARY
This position is responsible for all operational aspects of a Temporary Power department within an area. They oversee the installation crews as well as the administrative staff and are also responsible for scheduling and billing. They must have a good understanding of managing others and various processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interview and hire staff for field and office positions.
- Ensure all work is scheduled and completed daily.
- Oversee dispatch billing mapping and permitting to ensure work can be completed and billed.
- Provide assistance to accounts receivable staff as required.
- Meet on site with customers as required.
- Review P&L statements monthly and prepare variance reports.
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication negotiation decision making skills
- P/L management experience preferable but not required
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise tact and diplomacy
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in (MSWord Excel Access PowerPoint)
- Management/Supervisory experience (3 to 5yrs. min.)
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
- The ability to prioritize & work in a fast-paced environment handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.
Total Estimated Compensation: $70000 - $100000
