About you and this role

Dow has an exciting opportunity for Senior sales specialist who will be responsible for managing large to medium size accounts. More experienced Senior Sales Specialists also give support to large accounts and are accountable for non-selling processes and tasks inherent in the sales process. This includes generating leads outlining sales territories managing sales analytics fixing the technical problem of a customer giving support on the phone to a customer etc. Scope can be regional and segment specific if aligned to a business and less frequently global.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Managing entire Pan- India Sri Lanka Pakistan Bangladesh Nepal.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customers organization.
• Execute sales & marketing plan delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Leads and conducts negotiations and develops and implements price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results. Dow Global Sales

Qualifications

• Any Bachelors chemistry or BE with Chemical background is required.
• Experience in sales and technical background in Chemical industry would be must.
• Looking for applications for between 4- 8 yrs of sales experience.
• Required fluency in English strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Should be flexible to accommodate global time zones.
