Job Summary

Our client is looking for a professional well-organized and friendly Receptionist who will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of their office.
Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients visitors and tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for property viewings meetings and other events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Support the real estate agents with clerical and administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain and update client databases and property information.
  • Provide general office support ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Skills:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist preferably in real estate or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and polished appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
  • Relevant Degree/Diploma
