Our client is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead commercial growth initiatives across multiple regions and industries. This role combines new business development key account management and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that the companys solutions remain competitive relevant and well-positioned in the market.
Location: On-Site Sofia
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies across multiple products and markets. Translate plans into clear targets action steps and measurable outcomes.
- New Business Development: Identify engage and convert new business opportunities through structured outreach and relationship building.
- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings presentations and product demos with potential and existing clients focusing on strategic and high-value partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activity and regulatory updates sharing insights to guide product and commercial strategy.
- Offer Development: Evaluate current commercial offerings and propose tailored solutions to strengthen the companys market position.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management and Operations teams to align on client needs new product initiatives and go-to-market timing.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines and report regularly on performance metrics such as conversion rates deal cycle times and client growth indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial or sales-focused role within the payments online services or technology sector.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and client management practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international business environment.
- Proficiency in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
Nice to have
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and outbound sales frameworks.
- Exposure to partnership or channel-based sales models.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations across European markets.
