Job Summary

As a Food Production Supervisor you will oversee all processes methodologies and procedures involved in day-to-day food production operations. This includes food preparation processing and bakery item creation. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by using cost-effective methods while maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate food production regulatory guidance training and compliance for all food production employees.
  • Assist in the development and inspection of raw food production material specifications.
  • Facilitate customer inspections of food production products services and facilities.
  • Lead the recruitment process of food production employees providing training and orientation for new hires.
  • Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

  • Skilled in coaching problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Experience managing processes and performance effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or related studies in food science business food technology or operations management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in food production operations management food technology or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards.
  • Previous bakery experience is highly desired.
