HARD START- 11/3 ER NIGHTS 2 YEAR EXP! EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQ! Required Certifications: ACLS BLS CPI PALS Skills Required: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi Non Trauma Emergency Department Pediatric Emergency Department STEMI Certified Facility Stroke Certified Facility Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Arterial line management Blood Product Administration Central line care/management Phlebotomy Starting IVs Continuous IV sedation IV vasopressors Procedural Sedation Administration CVA ICP monitoring Neuro-Trauma Spinal cord injury Traumatic Brain injury Ortho-Trauma Head injury Near drowning Spinal cord injury CPAP/BiPAP Interpretation of ABGs Gunshot wounds Traumatic amputation Isolation Precautions Triage RTO must be on the submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment. NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS RTO MAX. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK HOLIDAYS Please Note: Once RTO is submitted this cannot be changed unless it s to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
