Qualifications of a Senior Engineer:

Bachelors or Masters degree in civil engineering

Professional engineering license

10 years of experience developing construction documents for roadways or highways

2 years of experience serving in a project or design management role

Experience preparing transportation and local agency permit documents

Proficiency in one or more of the following: MicroStation InRoads MicroStation OpenRoads AutoCAD Civil 3D

Experience coordinating utility right-of-way street lighting traffic signals and landscape and hardscape layout
