We are seeking an experienced Collections Manager to oversee and manage the full collections process while ensuring strict adherence to state regulations. This role involves developing effective strategies maintaining detailed records and collaborating with internal teams to support non-judicial foreclosure proceedings. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the collections process ensuring compliance with applicable state laws and regulations
Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce financial losses
Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and client communications
Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal teams to support non-judicial foreclosure proceedings
Deliver outstanding customer service to both lenders and homeowner associations
Manage and oversee the collections process ensuring compliance with applicable state laws and regulations
Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce financial losses

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a collections management or related role
Valid Nevada State Collection Agency Compliance Manager License (required)
Solid understanding of state-specific foreclosure laws and regulations
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
