Job Summary

Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
This position is for a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing
multiple technology projects within global Power and Natural Gas trading
operations using the Endur Energy Trading & Risk Management system. The role
focuses on managing multiple Endur implementation projects including
upgrades from version 16 to version 25 or higher. The Senior Project Manager
will handle project planning task management resource allocation and
tracking of critical paths across concurrent projects. This position is
execution-focused and will work closely with the Program Manager who
handles stakeholder communication and governance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related technology field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology

or trading system implementations.

Multiple successful Endur implementation projects required (BA or

DEV-based experience preferred).

Proven ability to manage project timelines budgets resources and

dependencies across complex initiatives.

Strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure effective task

management and delivery tracking.

Solid understanding of Natural Gas and Power trading lifecycles.
Familiarity with Front Office (pMotion/gMotion) Middle Office (PnL

and Risk Reporting) and Back Office (Confirmations Settlements
Scheduling) processes.

Baseline understanding of supporting

functions such as Treasury
Credit Accounting Tax and Compliance.
