Tasks
- Develop implement and manage purchasing strategies to optimize the procurement process for catamarans and related products.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments such as sales and logistics to ensure alignment of purchasing activities with company goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials required for operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferably within the maritime or leisure industry.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
