| Job Description: | Shift timing 9am - 10 30 pm rotational Work Mode Work from office Scope: o Responsible to schedule skills & final interviews (per day interview completion target 25) o Schedule interviews through interview scheduling tool (Hirepro/ Hirevue) o Ensure interview scheduling template is followed by stakeholders. o Monitor interview progress from interview scheduling till interview completion. o Highlight interview scheduling roadblocks to recruiters/ recruitment leads. o Share real time suggestions to increase efficiency (focus towards reducing Not scheduled/ interview cancellations/ Candidate or EI no show etc) o Coordinate with tech team to resolve any technical issues which are creating hinderance to complete an interview o Report back to recruitment leadership on the daily interview scheduling progress Coordination with recruiter: o Educate recruiters on the interview scheduling process. o Ensure recruiters are providing details in the interview scheduling template. o Work closely with recruiters to increase efficiency by highlight insuffs/ CNR/ CNI cases on a real time basis. Coordination with Empaneled interviewer: o Block EI calendar/ schedule interview through interview scheduling tool (Hirepro/ Hirevue) o Educate hiring manager on the interview scheduling tool/ platform o Clearly call out dos and dont;s to ensure interview is completed effectively o EI follow up in regular intervals. Ensure EI is joining interview well before time. o Post interview completion follow up with EI to submit feedback on the tool Coordination with Empaneled interviewer: o Block candidate calendar/ schedule interview through interview scheduling tool (Hirepro/ Hirevue) o Ensure candidate has completed the registration before interview o Candidate follow up Regular follow up with candidate to avoid no show o Clearly call out dos and donts to ensure interview is completed effectively o - Good written & verbal communication - Stakeholder management skill - Basic excel knowledge - 0 to 1 year of experience |
