API Developer Java Spring Boot
About the client:
Our client is a global consultancy delivering enterprise-grade software solutions across cloud and digital platforms. This role supports the development of scalable APIs for high-performance applications in a collaborative agile environment.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced API Developer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise. Youll be responsible for designing building and maintaining RESTful APIs integrating with authentication services and ensuring performance and reliability across deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain Java Spring Boot APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
Ensure API performance quality and responsiveness.
Implement authentication using OAuth2 and external services.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
Maintain code quality and support automation practices.

Required Experience:

5 years of experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Solid understanding of authentication protocols and service integration.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure.
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD AWS CodePipeline).
