DCCEEW is seeking a visionary leader to champion health safety and wellbeing across a diverse and dynamic workforce.
As Director Health Safety and Wellbeing youll lead strategic initiatives that embed wellbeing into the fabric of our organisation. Youll design and implement frameworks that promote physical and psychological safety drive early intervention and support effective injury management and return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
About You
You will have tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline as well as proven experience leading safety and wellbeing functions in complex environments. To be successful you will need a deep knowledge of WHS legislation and behavioural change strategies. Courage resilience and the ability to lead through ambiguity and reform are key.
