About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Planner Component Trials within our Operations Services Rebuild Centre Value Proofing Team.

Reporting directly to the OS Superintendent Maintenance this role is responsible for ensuring core business processes are implemented effectively to drive safety utilisation and productivity.


Your duties will include:

  • Foster positive & productive working relationships and team culture
  • Lead planning routines including sequencing of task labour and material optimization and efficiencies
  • Support analysis and reporting on compliance to schedules and plans
  • Coordination and collaboration with other teams (supply hosts sites MCOE etc)
  • Manage and develop maintenance plans and SAP Master Data Updates to deliver improved safety productivity and labour utilisation
  • Support analysis and reporting on compliance to schedules and plans
  • Review resource allocations and optimisation of labour tooling Plant & Equipment.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • The ability to successfully work within a team environment and build effective working relationships
  • Experience in Mobile Equipment Component Rebuild planning or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP Project & Primavera)
  • Experience in scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups operating in a Mobile Equipment Component Rebuild environment is preferred but not essential
  • Experience gained in a shutdown or outage environment would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Project)
  • Minimum of C class drivers licence.
